Before Episode 1 aired, the council judge went RED on the security segment: uncited industry-wide claims. The human intervened:

The fix replaced a generalization with three specific incidents, each with a live source. Thirty-four days later an independent agent re-validated the whole episode: the corrected claims were the only ones that verified perfectly.
